Joined-up Training has the skills to support your organisation with the investigation of Disciplinary, Grievance or Capability situations. With years of practice in this area we are able to offer to engage with staff members, undertake a full investigation and prepare a complete report for action within the organisation.

For smaller organisations it can often be an issue trying to be impartial.  Here is an opportunity to fully meet the needs of both staff members and the organisation.

Inspection
With the need for regulation and the related inspections, time and impartiality can often be an issue. At Joined-up Training we are experienced in inspections in both adult and children’s residential settings and given your own format for reporting we are able to undertake regular agreed announced and unannounced visits.
