The Aim of this 1 day course is to give base line awareness of issues relating to working with people with HIV/AIDS including:

• An understanding of HIV and the possible development into AIDS
• An understanding of the causation of HIV
• HIV prevention
• Risks associated with infection
• Social isolation within society
• Cultural issues
• Myths and facts about HIV

The Trainer is experienced in special needs housing for people with HIV/AIDS and other special needs areas and has an international reputation for supporting people in India with issues relating to HIV/AIDS
