You can buy a home up to the value of £200,000
Your home will be owned jointly by you and a Housing Association
Your half will be purchased with a mortgage which will be arranged for you without cost
You will pay NO fees to buy your home
You will pay NO mortgage or rent - they are covered by State Benefits
